Disneyland (12/25/11)

After getting denied entrance into Legoland (we had some free tickets from passholders who called Legoland to make sure they didn't need to be present for us to use them, and Legoland, with only 2.5 hours left of being open, insisted that we couldn't get in without the passholders present - doesn't make us like Legoland very much right now), we decided to take the trip up to Disneyland for the rest of our Christmas Day - what a fun way to spend it!

Grandpa, Nana, and Auntie Becky joined in on the fun.

Chloe needed to hold on to Daddy's hand as we went up, up, and away!

Watching the Fireworks at last! (Over the last 4 visits, the fireworks didn't show for one reason or another - how perfect that we should finally see them on Christmas Day!)

Christmas Day (12/25/11)

Here's some pics from our Christmas Morning:

Keely's first awake picture of the day - "What's going on?"

Somebody's excited for Christmas Morning :)

Sisters!

As Chloe was walking down the stairs and before she saw the tree with the presents under it, she said, "Presents!" We were both so surprised that she had any idea of what was going on. She immediately ran to the tree and picked out a gift then turned around and showed us it. Then she swung around again and picked out another gift and handed it to Keely. Amazingly, the gift she handed to Keely was for Keely and the gift she picked out for herself was for herself. How smart our little girl is!

The gift Chloe picked out for Keely

Keely actually seemed very interested in the gifts (probably the crinkling of the paper) and seemed like she wanted to try to open them.

Four stockings on the fireplace (Keely's stocking was one of her gifts)

"Let's see...which one next?"

Gingerbread House-Making Party (12/3/11)

This was our 2nd Annual Gingerbread House Making Party (with friends and family) and it was a lot of fun!

Keely was supervising in her sleep :)

We rarely get pictures of just the two of us anymore so this was a treat!

Christmas Tree Decorating (12/2/11)

This year, Chloe was super excited about picking out our Christmas tree. We happened to pick out the first one we saw in the variety that we wanted. It was HUGE and we loved it right away!

There is a picture from 2010 that is similar to this of Chloe checking out a strand of lights - it's amazing to see how much she's grown over the year.

Our tallest tree yet!

KiKi supervising from her swing :)

Jeremiah is 6' 1" - so now you can see just how tall the tree really is!

My favorite part about Christmas decorations is the tree and all the lights, so of course I needed a picture too ;)

Pretty lights!

Christmas 2010

Stockings first, of course!

A special book about the zoo from Daddy.

Leggings made by Mommy to keep those cute thighs warm :)

That's a little better ;)

Chloe would prefer to ride her gift instead of open it :)

Gingerbread Houses (12/4/10)

Two years ago, Jeremiah and I made gingerbread houses from scratch - I swore I would never do it again because it was so much prep work but the decorating was SO much fun. I thought this year it would be fun for us to come together as a family and keep the tradition going - still a lot of work but also a ton of fun!

Chloe was our DJ for the event (she was trying to turn on the stereo)

Pregnant Sara but not even we knew it yet :)
